Tenjin, the center of Fukuoka City, is undergoing various large-scale redevelopment projects due to exceptional deregulation of height restrictions and the floor area ratio. For Tenjin being always an area attracting and appealing, ​We Love Tenjin , a Tenjin's area management council, is implementing the guideline.
